Enterprise infrastructure. Small business focus. No fluff.
RelayLaunch was built on a simple observation: small businesses are drowning in disconnected tools and paying consultants who hand them a slide deck and disappear. There's a better way.
Victor David Medina
Founder, RelayLaunch LLC
I've spent my career building infrastructure that handles complexity — enterprise cloud systems, cross-border operations integrations, and large-scale platform migrations. At ezCater I managed a 1,000-user Expensify + NetSuite/Namely integration that processes thousands of transactions daily. At Blue Matter I ran cross-border post-merger integrations with full regulatory compliance.
What I kept seeing was that the same problems plaguing Fortune 500 migrations were also destroying small businesses — just at a different scale. A wellness spa shouldn't need to pay $342/month for five tools that don't talk to each other. A local contractor shouldn't lose 8 hours a week to manual follow-ups that a workflow could handle.
RelayLaunch is the bridge between enterprise-level systems thinking and the small businesses that need it most but can rarely afford it. The same methodology that works at 1,000 users works at 10. It just needs to be sized appropriately.
Background
Structured execution and mission completion aren't aspirational values. They're operational defaults.
DNS, CDN, CI/CD pipelines, security headers, CSP — Fortune 500 infrastructure disciplines applied to small business systems.
ezCater (1,000-user integrations, $1B+ transaction volume) · Blue Matter (cross-border post-merger systems) · Regulatory compliance experience.
Custom-built workflow pipelines — not off-the-shelf templates. Every workflow is designed for the client's specific business logic.
Be the connector small businesses never had.
Most consultants deliver documents. Most web designers deliver websites. Neither of those is enough anymore. Small businesses need someone who can see the whole system — and actually build it.
RelayLaunch connects the tools, automates the workflows, builds the digital presence, and stays in the work long enough to make sure it runs. The goal is simple: you became a business owner to run your business — not to be an IT department, a content creator, and a data analyst all at once.
Deliverables are working systems — not slide decks or strategy documents that gather dust.
You get a realistic timeline and clear deliverables upfront. No scope creep surprises.
DNS, CDN, hosting, CI/CD, security — handled correctly from day one, not bolted on later.
Every system we build should free up your time, not create a new dependency on us.
Not a web design shop.
| What Most Shops Do | What RelayLaunch Does |
|---|---|
| Build a website and hand it over | Build unified infrastructure: website + automation + email + social + dashboard |
| Use templates and page builders | Custom-coded in Astro + Tailwind CSS — no templates, no page builders |
| Bolt on automation as an upsell | Automation built in from day one — it's the core, not an add-on |
| Host on shared servers | Deployed on Cloudflare Pages — CDN, DDoS protection, 99.99% uptime, $0/month |
| Hand you login credentials and disappear | Daily briefings in your Slack dashboard — your business reports to you |
| Charge $300–500/month for ongoing tools | Replace $300–500/month in tools with $50–80/month in infrastructure |
| DNS? CDN? CI/CD? Not their problem. | Infrastructure-first: every layer handled at cloud-engineering standards |
