I've spent my career building infrastructure that handles complexity — enterprise cloud systems, cross-border operations integrations, and large-scale platform migrations. At ezCater I managed a 1,000-user Expensify + NetSuite/Namely integration that processes thousands of transactions daily. At Blue Matter I ran cross-border post-merger integrations with full regulatory compliance.

What I kept seeing was that the same problems plaguing Fortune 500 migrations were also destroying small businesses — just at a different scale. A wellness spa shouldn't need to pay $342/month for five tools that don't talk to each other. A local contractor shouldn't lose 8 hours a week to manual follow-ups that a workflow could handle.

RelayLaunch is the bridge between enterprise-level systems thinking and the small businesses that need it most but can rarely afford it. The same methodology that works at 1,000 users works at 10. It just needs to be sized appropriately.
